What we're cooking with now:
Getting close to the end of the grilling season in Maine; tonight - Ki Gourmet Cielo Rojo as a marinade for a grilled pork tenderloin (it was delicious). Love the fruit and heat. I bet it would work great pan seared on top of the stove. Ki Gourmet's Huapango was fabulous for the last tenderloin we grilled. The other night we had some cod topped with a drizzle of Wozz! North African Chermoula, wrapped in turmeric leaves, and baked. Wow! Served the fish with some rice and a stir fry of cabbage, onion, red and yellow bell peppers with some grated fresh turmeric. Right now? A cup of Zen Bear Sunrise Honey Tea on a chilly October afternoon. Yesterday we cooked a great pot of beans (from Fairwinds Farm) in the slow-cooker with country-style pork ribs (from Two Coves Farm) with an onion and a jar of Church Street Cafe Medium New Mexico Salsa. Plenty of flavor and heat - just what we needed when we got back to the house late. Dinner was ready with the addition of some steamed spinach.
