Condiments for Cheese Pairings

So many of our products are the perfect accompaniment for cheese.

Here are some suggested pairings from our suppliers using some of their products (some include wine or liquor, too) in our Cheese Pairings Collection:

Blake Hill Preserves

       Mission Figs with Pear and Honey to pair with blue cheeses, creamy brie, triple  crèmes and goat cheese

       Spiced Plum with Port and Anise, serve with your favorite blue cheese especially those with a more nutty sweetness

       Heirloom Apples with Maple Syrup just perfect to pair with a classic Cheddar cheese.


      Mineral-y, ash-y goat cheeses (like Tome Adrienne or Bonne Bouche)

Salted Bourbon: Aged Gouda, Taleggio, Scamorza (accompanied by some bacon or sour cherries or grilled peaches & pineapple)
