5 SEED GREEN SMOOTHIE

Although smoothies are usually regarded as a healthy snack, they are only as healthy as the ingredients inside them. This 5 Seed Butter green smoothie is made with fresh fruits and vegetables and offers a lighter option compared to most smoothies!

(5 Seed Butter)

Ingredients: 

1 Cup Spinach Leaves
1/2 sliced Banana
1 tbsp. 5 Seed Butter
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Vanilla Greek Yogurt 
1 tsp. Honey

Directions: 

1. Mix the ingredients in a blender until there are no visible chunks.  If interested, add more spinach for a leafier taste and greener color.
2. Enjoy!
