BEEF MASSAMAN CURRY WITH NAN

(Thai Massaman Curry Sauce)

½ pound beef, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 potato, cut into small chunks
1 onion, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons roasted peanuts   

 

Warm Watcharee’s Thai Massaman Curry Sauce in a sauce pan or wok and warm over medium heat. Add beef and stir for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and onions, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beef is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft. Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice or nan.
