Recipe|LEMON SAFFRON WHISKEY SOUR
.5 oz bourbon
1 tbsp Lemon Saffron Marmalade
1 egg white
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Shake all ingredients without ice for 10-15 seconds, popping the shaker occasionally to release built-up pressure.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into coupe glass and garnish with a thin slice of fresh lemon.
