Recipe|WAFFLE & CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH CARAMEL

(Fat Toad Farm Salted Bourbon Caramel)

A recipe from a friend: a take on that Southern favorite - fried chicken on waffles - and easy to boot! Three ingredients, one instruction.

For one sandwich:

1/2 waffle, cooked (make your own; frozen is even easier) & halved

1 or 2 slices of warm chicken (grocery rotisserie for easy or use leftover chicken)

Fat Toad Farm Salted Bourbon Caramel, warmed

Place warm chicken on one half of the waffle, top with chicken, drizzle with caramel, top with other half of the waffle. YUM!
