This dark and luscious goat’s milk caramel sauce combines local goat's milk and Taza chocolate which is stone ground and minimally processed creating Spicy Dark Chocolate Caramel. This caramel is prepared by slowly stirring Taza chocolate and a nice pinch of cayenne right into the almost finished caramel.
